Welcome to The Traditional Academy at Bellair's Special Education program. I hold high standards for all my students to enable them to see they are valuable and capable in being the best student they can be.  As we move forward into the new school year,  please remember that attendance is an expectation and is vital to your child's success. As new material is presented, daily attendance will allow your child an opportunity to actively participate and ask questions as well get the needed practice and help to be successful.

Students are expected to come to class with the necessary supplies to be successful such as: a spiral notebook or composition book for note taking, 2 pencils, a highlighter, planner/agenda, and his or her notebook/folder from class. 

I realize that things go on at home that we frequently have no control over. Please feel free to email me if there is something I should be aware of that might be affecting your child's learning. I will also be working closely with your son or daughter's general education teacher in both academics and social emotional behavior.
