Mrs. Esene

Hello! My name is Staci Esene. I was born and raised in Arizona. I graduated from ASU in 2004 and spent 10 years teaching here at Bellair. I LOVE the Bellair family! I took a few years away from teaching to raise my daughters. In 2023, I happily returned to teaching at the Traditional Academy at Bellair.  I am married to my incredible husband, Pelema Esene, who was born and raised in American Samoa. Many of the Bellair families know him as Coach Pelema from the football field or the basketball court. Island life and Samoan culture is a large part of who I am today. Together we have two daughters who both attend the Traditional Academy at Bellair. During the summer, our daughters compete for the Bellair Baracuda Swim Team. We have a goldendoodle named Mowgli, who thinks he is my third child and I wouldn't have it any other way.
